Questions about Atelier.
Are the prices net?
Yes. All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.
How do I pay?
You pay through the licence flow on release.influ.cloud with PayPal. Further payment methods are in preparation. You receive the key once the payment has been verified; the invoice is issued by influ.cloud.
What is the difference between Atelier yearly and monthly?
Yearly you pay €288, which equals €24 per month. Month by month, Atelier costs €29. The surcharge reflects the missing prepayment.
Do I need my own server?
For Key and House, yes: Qelno runs on a web server with PHP and MySQL. For Atelier, no – the account lives on qelno.cloud.
What does Qelno store when someone clicks?
The instance stores the link, the time, the origin of the request without parameters, the country code from a local database and device type, browser and operating system as coarse classes. It stores no IP address and no full user agent and sets no cookie.
Can I build a landing page of its own for each code?
Not yet. Today every code redirects with 302 or 301 to any https address, and the home editor designs one start page per domain (the page at the domain itself). Landing pages per code with a drag-and-drop editor are in preparation; we do not give a date.
Does Qelno redirect with 301 or 302?
You choose in the panel. The default is 302: every click is counted and a new target takes effect at once. With 301, browsers remember the target permanently. For the instance home page, 307 and 308 are also available.
Can I bring my existing links?
Yes. The import reads a CSV file with the columns code, target, title and network. The export writes all links as UTF-8 CSV so that spreadsheets show special characters correctly.
Why does Qelno cost more than a plain shortener?
The price includes the code file for print, the start page of your domain and the dispatch. If you only need a short link, an inexpensive shortener will serve you well.
